I am a writer, performer & teaching artist hailing from the Great White North and currently living in Brooklyn, New York!
I grew up in Ottawa, Ontario where my Mum stuck me in church choir when I refused to simply sit and listen. This is how I discovered the power of my voice. As a boy soprano, I starred in operas and then began writing / directing / producing & acting in a slew of short films made on a VHS camcorder after school. These early experiences paved the way for a life committed to the dramatic arts and storytelling.
More about my writing can be found here.
Acting-wise — check out my reel, take a gander at my resume or peruse pics of me in various performative states.
Info about my work using applied drama for work & wellness can be found here.
My goal is to have an impact, to inspire and to tilt the culture. I see myself working as an actor, writer, showrunner and teacher.
An adventurer at heart, I’m passionate about the outdoors and make a habit of pressing the eject button now and again to head out into the wilderness. I’ve explored forests all over North America (and Europe!). I most recently completed the Wonderland Trail — the epic circumnavigation of the actively volcanic Mount Rainier. On my list: an epic kayak trip from Alaska to Vancouver with my uncle and cousin.
En avant!
